• Payments are made before the trip (could be the same day of the trip). The contact with us have to be the day before to the services, we can go to the hotel where you are staying to talk about the tour.

• In case of groups, the tours are flexible according to your interests, budget and/or time.

• We recommend you to make reservations in advance, we will respond immediately. We are available 24 hrs a day, you can request information, budgets and others being sure of the safety and responsibility we shall provide.

• Our boats are modern and fully equipped.

• This promotion includes basic breakfast only in the early morning (before 9:00 am), if you need more food, ew can recommend at you the best service in a good restaurant in Puno with offers good food at a fair price.For the acquisition of one of our tours, the shower with hot water at any time is also included.

• And if you don't have accommodation or where to leave your luggage (bags, backpacks, personal wax, etc), leave it in our luggage storage and if you need accommodation we can recommend a good one at a fair price according to your budget.

• The exchange rate according to soles (the official currency from Peru) orbits around s/. 3.00 three soles, ($1=s/.3.00).
